1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders are processed with great care and attention.

• After your order is confirmed, we will dispatch it within 2 to 4 working days.

• Delivery time may vary depending on your location and product availability, but we aim to deliver your order within 7 to 15 business days.

• You will receive a tracking ID via email or phone number provided by u during sign in once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Partners

• A flat shipping fee of ₹50 will be applied to every order.

• Orders are shipped through reliable partners such as DTDC or India Post.

• No additional customs or import charges apply.

3. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for orders, except in the case of items damaged during transit.

• If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video as proof.

• Without video proof, refund or replacement requests will not be accepted.

• Once verified, we will assist you with the appropriate resolution.

• Please handle your ORNATE Shine jewellery with care to maintain its shine and longevity.

• Avoid contact with chemical products, perfumes, sprays, water, and sweat, as they can damage the jewellery’s finish or color.

• Store your pieces in a dry, cool place, ideally in a soft pouch or box.

• Wipe gently with a soft cloth after use to maintain the sparkle.

ORNATE Shine is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or exposure to chemicals.

• Please ensure that your shipping address, contact details, and email are entered correctly during checkout.

• Customers are responsible for tracking their orders using the tracking ID provided.

• In case of failed delivery due to incorrect address or non-availability, re-delivery charges may apply.
